What attracted you to PI/HPT/ISPI?

I am drawn to performance improvement (PI)/human performance technology (HPT)/ISPI because of its emphasis on systematically improving human performance through evidence-based approaches. ISPI’s focus on designing interventions that measurably improve both individual and organizational outcomes resonates deeply with my work in workforce upskilling and capability building.

I am inspired by ISPI’s unique combination of rigorous research and practical application. Being part of a community where practitioners and scholars collaborate to solve real-world performance challenges provides an invaluable opportunity to learn, share insights, and contribute to advancing the field.

Joining ISPI offers a platform to engage with innovative ideas, best practices, and thought leadership that shape how organizations prepare their workforce for the future of work. It aligns closely with my commitment to translating evidence into actionable, impactful solutions.

What is some of the work you are most proud of?

I am most proud of initiatives that bridge data and practice to create tangible improvements in workforce performance. For example, I designed and implemented a comprehensive workforce development program that addressed critical performance gaps, helping teams adopt new systems and processes efficiently.

The program resulted in measurable improvements in productivity, engagement, and organizational readiness. Beyond metrics, it demonstrated the value of combining evidence-based design with human-centered approaches, ensuring solutions were practical, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.

This work exemplifies my approach: identifying performance challenges, designing targeted interventions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure lasting impact. It reflects my commitment to enhancing both individual capabilities and broader organizational effectiveness.

When people speak/think of you, what do you want them to say/remember?

I hope to be remembered as someone who translates insights into practical solutions someone who balances evidence, strategy, and pragmatism to address complex challenges.

I aim to be known for creating initiatives that not only make sense conceptually but also deliver measurable impact for people and organizations. My goal is to leave a legacy of thoughtful, actionable work that strengthens capabilities and supports sustainable performance.

Ultimately, I want to be seen as a collaborator and problem-solver who empowers teams, enhances organizational readiness, and fosters environments where people can grow and succeed.
