IT'S A WRAP!
As we have been working hard to achieve our publication goals after the pandemic, we welcome you the last issue for Volume 62. While we are already drafting the first issue of Volume 63, we are also refining our review and publication processes to better serve our authors and of course, our readers. Each of the members of our Publications Team is incredibly grateful to serve.
My Thoughts …
Moving forward, our ISPI Board of Directors has new membership and is targeting some very ambitious goals for our Society, so please stay engaged with our efforts. The strength of our Society lies in the incredible talent and diversity of our international membership, which continues to contribute useful and helpful experiences and lessons learned from the field of Performance Improvement. We look forward to reviewing and sharing this work in the issues to come. With that said, here is a quick synopsis of what you will find in this issue of Performance Improvement Journal (PIJ).
Matt Zingoni offers Managing the Less Than Optimal: The Moderating Role of Manager Goal Orientation in the Relationships between Employee Mindset and Job Performance.
Yvon Dalat shares Looking to Implement Data Analytics and AI to Transform Learning? Check for these Potential Minefields and Best Practices.
Norman Glenn Shepherd and Sandra Smith Shepherd collaborated in Creating a Constructivist Educational Community Using the Probe and Montessori Methods.
Lastly, we have Applying Gibbons’ Architectural Instructional Design Approach to Evaluate Non-Profit Training presented by Seth-Aaron Martinez, Scott Harrington, Claudia Achilles, Halah Mohammed, and Patricia Tjan.
